                                    Welcome to my Web Page
My name is Beverly Thomas, and I am proud to be a member of the Lebanon Elementary School staff. I am a native of Marion County. This is my third year at LES. Prior to LES, I taught at St. Charles Middle School for 16 years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Campbellsville College in Middle School Social Studies and Language Arts, an EBD K-12 Certification from Eastern Kentucky University and a Masters in Education Administration from EKU. Even with 18 years of teaching experience, I am constantly learning new strategies of teaching and working with students. I love my job as a teacher!
Outside of school, I have my personal family. I am married to John Thomas and have two children Matthew and Caroline Thomas. Matthew celebrated his one-year wedding anniversary this year. He is married to Ann Hill Mattingly. Another member of my family is my little Shih Tzu, Cali. I am a member of Lebanon Baptist Church. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and relaxing. I love sports, and I am an avid UK fan. GO BIG BLUE!
The most important thing to know about me is I love working with children. I want each child to grow both academically and socially. I value the time I am able to spend with the students at LES.
