Superintendent's Message

Spring is here and we are down to the last three months of school.  This time of year is especially stressful for students and staff as we begin to realize more state testing is less than 4 weeks away.  There are multiple measures under the Unbridled Learning system including K-PREP, EOC, and CCR indicators.  These alphabet groups may seem like a foreign language, but students and teachers speak the language well.  Everything you ever wanted to know about the state assessment system can be found at www.education.ky.gov with actual prior district results available under the Open House portal on the opening page.  Please work with your student to assure they are balancing play, studying and family time in healthy ways.  Thanks for all you do to support Marion County Public Schools.
