MCATC students pass State Registered Nurse Aide exam

MCATC Student Success

Eleven students from the Marion County Area Technology Center recently passed the State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) exam, which means the students are now industry certified and will become part of the official registry for nurses/nurse aides in Kentucky. Students from both Marion County High School and Washington County High School passed the exam. Those students include:

The exam includes both a written portion and a skills portion. Three other students have passed one half of the exam will take the remaining half in the near future. They are: Peyton Fauth, Kaylee Skaggs, and Ireland Cassidy.
